To help save you time, we have, answered questions that are most frequently asked of us by our prospective customers. Hope it is helpful¡­

    1.What is your company's policy regarding samples?

    We do not send out free samples to any prospective clients, just to our regular clients. Unfortunately we have had to adopt this policy due to the high amount of fraud going around. We receive e-mails everyday requesting samples so we have to draw the line somewhere. If we had to send free samples out to everybody that asked for them we would be spending more time on sample requests than concentrating on our valued customers orders, apart from the cost which would severely effect our pricing structure. We do understand that you need to see what you are buying and therefore have adopted a policy of refunding you the cost of the sample after you have verified the quality and placed a bulk order with us (details depends on the items). If you are still unsure then what we suggest is that you start with us on a very small scale and slowly, as you build confidence in the quality of our products, increase the size of your order.

    2.What is the minimum quantity that I can purchase?

    We do not have a minimum order quantity with regard to our products, however please bear in mind that we are a manufacturer and wholesale company and we will need to charge a US$20.00 service fee for orders below 10 pieces. This is to cover the cost of our bank charges etc. MOQ`s do however apply to new products & QC rejected items that we sell.

    3.How can I pay for my order?

    You are welcome to pay for goods by TT (Telegraphic Transfer). We also accept a deposit for large orders, in this instance we will request 30% deposit with your official purchase order and once your order is completed we will deliver it to our/your freight forwarder where an inspection can be carried out, once you have received a clean inspection report you can send the 70% balance of the money and we will complete the export documents and release your shipment after receipt of the money. We can also negotiate payment method by way of Irrevocable Letter of Credit 100% at sight, confirmed by a first class bank. Unfortunately we no longer accept Paypal payments due to the high incidence of fraud.

    4.Can we pay upon receiving delivery of our goods?

    No we cannot ship any merchandise on a "collect" basis. Again this is unfortunately due to high fraud rate in the mobile phone business. We will only release your order from our freight forwarders warehouse when FULL payment has been received.

    5.What are the different shipping options that you have available?

    You have two shipping options:

    FedEx: Fastest (3 Days) and Most Expensive Service
    Air Freight: Pretty Fast (4-7 Days) and cheaper than FedEx.
    We recommend the use of FedEx for orders which weight 50KG or less.
    If you do not want to use FedEx/courier then we can also airfreight it to you but then you will have to arrange with your clearing agent to get the goods released from customs. This should not be a problem. Airfreight takes about 4-7 days (depends on your destination). The rate depends on how your order is shipped.

    6.How long will it take for me to receive the ordered goods?

    he general lead time is about 5-7 working days after receipt of order and payment. It also depends on the quantity required. Quite often the more popular models will have a quicker delivery period because the goods are easily available. After your order has been shipped it should take anything between 2 days and 7 days (depending on the shipping method)

    7.What is the recourse if the goods received are not working?

    We take the utmost care to ensure that your ordered merchandise is securely packed in sturdy cartons to enable the cargo to withstand the rigors of transportation from half way across the world. Please check the packages carefully when taking delivery of them, if the tape that seals the cartons has been tampered with please make a note of it on the transporters delivery note as this will be needed in the event of an insurance claim for theft of your phones. We offer a warranty to the goods we sell. The detailed warranty depends on the items you bought For example: we offer a 90 day warranty from date of shipment on grade "A" refurbished phones. If during this period any of the phones we have sent you fail to function properly, you can send them back and they will be repaired and sent back to you. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID IF THE WARRANTY LABEL ON THE BACK OF THE PHONE IS REMOVED!!

    8.Can you please email me the photographs of the goods on your website?

    We will gladly mail you the pictures of any products that you are interested in which is featured on our website.
